Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

You have to write to us at sales@meeraspices.com within 48 hours of receiving the product . 

It must also be in the original packaging. Also, please keep in mind that the regular priced items may be refunded, 

Unfortunately, sale or Discounted items cannot be refunded. 

Please do note that the food products which are ordered are of top quality and it does not contain any preservatives, as a result, the shelf life of the products will be below the normally used packaged products. 

This makes it difficult for us to provide the return facility for food products, hence this facility will not be available for food products.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to Palash Udyog Foods Pvt. Ltd, Andei Sahi, Jagatpur, Cuttack – 21 , Odisha , India. 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund

If Meera Spices ( Palash Udyog Foods Pvt. Ltd) is unable to deliver your order, then a complete refund will be made. 

However we do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances.

However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money. 

All payments for a refund of the Transaction Price shall be done within 7 days as follows and in accordance with the provisions contained herein and applicable laws in India, particularly the directions issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time for opening and operation of accounts and settlement of payments for electronic payment transactions.
