Processing your order:

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 7 business days to ship goods out of our warehouse/Factory  in Cuttack. 

However, the duration of the shipping may differ if:

• The quantities ordered are more than the pieces available per product per category.
• The item ordered is under production.Should this happen, we will keep you informed promptly.

Domestic Shipping:

• We take an average 5-7 Working days to ship an order. (Minimum 2 days and maximum 7 days. )
• Due to unavailability of raw materials there may be a delay in shipping sometimes.
• Our trusted delivery partners are Speedpost, Delhivery Express and Ecom Express.

International Shipping:

• International shipping takes on average, 8-10 days from order placement.
• Standard courier/shipping charges for international orders depend on the destination country and the weight of the goods purchased.
• Our trusted delivery partner for international shipping is DHL and FedEx.
• Please note Palash Udyog Foods Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any customs charge levied after the goods enter a foreign country. All customs charges are to be borne by the customer and the customer only.
• We shall provide the invoice for the exact value paid by the customer and no changes can be made once order is placed.
